SimAxis Warranty Policy
SimAxis Warranty Policy
Last Updated: March 15, 2026
SimAxis (“SimAxis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) partners with trusted simulation hardware manufacturers to provide high-quality racing simulation equipment.
This Warranty Policy explains how product issues are handled, including arrival damage, manufacturer warranties, and support procedures.
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from the SimAxis website.
1) Arrival Issues (Damage or Non-Working Items)
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or not functioning, you must contact SimAxis as soon as possible after delivery so the issue can be verified and reported to the supplier or manufacturer.
To report an issue, please email info@simaxis.io and include:
- your order number
- the product name
- a description of the issue
- clear photos or videos showing the problem
Once the issue is reviewed, SimAxis will coordinate with the supplier or manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- replacement parts
- product replacement
- repair assistance
- or another appropriate resolution depending on the case
Failure to report delivery damage or non-working items promptly may affect eligibility for replacement or repair.
2) Manufacturer Warranty (Typically 1 Year)
Most products sold through SimAxis include a manufacturer warranty, typically lasting one year, provided by the original manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties generally cover:
- defects in materials
- defects in workmanship
- hardware malfunctions under normal use
Manufacturer warranties are administered directly by the manufacturer under their own terms, conditions, and claim procedures.
SimAxis may assist customers by providing proof of purchase or directing customers to the appropriate manufacturer support channel, but final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
3) Role of SimAxis
SimAxis operates as a retailer and marketplace for simulation hardware.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SimAxis does not provide its own independent product warranty beyond facilitating manufacturer warranty claims and assisting customers with support requests.
Warranty obligations are provided by the product manufacturer, and manufacturer warranty terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
4) What Is Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties and support generally do not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
- improper installation or modification
- unauthorized repairs
- damage caused by liquids, power surges, or improper electrical conditions
- compatibility issues with PCs, consoles, rigs, mounts, firmware, or third-party accessories unless explicitly guaranteed on the product page
Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, Used, or Open Box may have different warranty terms.
5) Warranty vs. Returns
Warranty support is separate from the Refund Policy.
- Returns and exchanges are governed by the Refund Policy posted on the SimAxis website.
- Warranty claims apply when a product develops a defect during the applicable manufacturer warranty period.
If there is a conflict between the Refund Policy and this Warranty Policy, the Refund Policy governs return eligibility, while this Warranty Policy governs product defects.
6) How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty support, email:
Subject line:
Warranty Claim – Order #[your order number]
Please include:
- full name
- order number
- product name
- description of the issue
- photos or video showing the issue
- shipping address (if replacement coordination is needed)
We may request basic troubleshooting steps to help diagnose the issue and speed up resolution.
7) Returns for Inspection
In certain cases, the manufacturer or supplier may require the product (or a component) to be returned for inspection before approving a repair or replacement.
If a return is required:
- return instructions will be provided
- return labels may be issued depending on the situation
- items returned without authorization may not be accepted
8) Turnkey Systems and Custom Builds
Turnkey systems and custom builds may include separate written warranty terms and support conditions provided in the quote, invoice, or documentation delivered with the system.
If a turnkey system or custom build includes separate written warranty terms, those terms will govern that purchase.
9) Legal Notes
This Warranty Policy applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless required by law.
Manufacturer warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer under their own terms and conditions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
