SimAxis works with trusted fulfillment and logistics partners to ensure that simulation hardware and systems are delivered safely and efficiently. The information below outlines how orders are processed and shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days before shipment.

Some in-stock items may ship sooner depending on order timing and product availability. Orders placed later in the day may be processed on the following business day.

Processing times may vary depending on the items purchased, order volume, and product preparation requirements.

Shipping Origin

Most orders ship from fulfillment facilities located in Southern California, United States.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Transit Time

After shipment, most deliveries within the United States typically arrive within 5–7 business days depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, or other logistics factors.

Large Item Shipments

Some simulator equipment such as:

  • Simulator chassis
  • Racing seats
  • Monitor stands
  • Cockpit rigs
  • Large simulation components

may ship separately from other items in the same order.

Due to their size and weight, these packages may be processed through different logistics channels and may arrive on different days.

Freight Deliveries

Large simulator systems or heavy equipment may require freight delivery services.

Freight shipments typically include curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will deliver the shipment to the nearest accessible location outside the delivery address.

Customers may be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Shipment Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery.

If the package or pallet appears damaged, please note the damage with the carrier before signing for the delivery and take photos of the packaging and products.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact SimAxis within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

This helps us work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

SimAxis is not responsible for delivery delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
