At SimAxis, we strive to provide high-quality simulation hardware and systems. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Return Eligibility
SimAxis offers a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Returned with original packaging and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Items that have been used, installed, or modified may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, particularly for items that have been opened or require inspection before being returned to inventory.
Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- or incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
We will work with the fulfillment partner and carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom or special-order items
- Items that have been installed or used
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Certain large simulator systems and specialized equipment may not be eligible for return once shipped due to the complexity and cost of freight logistics. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about return eligibility for a specific product.
