Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services. Purchases made through the Services are made from SimAxis, not Shopify.

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us so we can assist where possible.
